The Rt Hon Michael Fallon MP, Business Minister, said: “Winning this contract to maintain C-130J aircraft for both the Royal Norwegian Air Force and the Royal Danish Air Force is testament to the skills and expertise of the company’s workforce. The initial contracts are for four years with options to extend out to seven years. The Royal Norwegian Air Force and the Royal Danish Air Force each have four C-130J aircraft which will now be covered by these collaborative enabling contracts. Marshall ADG began working with Norway in 1977 and Denmark in 1996. We look forward to continuing our support of the Royal Norwegian Air Force and the Royal Danish Air Force and to delivering improved value and availability through these first-of-their-kind contracts.” Steve Fitz-Gerald, CEO of Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group, comments: “We are delighted and extremely proud to be awarded these contracts by NDLO and DALO. These contracts resulted from an innovative collaborative procurement process between the NDLO and DALO. The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (NDLO) and the Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) have each awarded Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group (Marshall ADG) a contract for the inspection and maintenance of C-130J aircraft of the Royal Norwegian Air Force and the Royal Danish Air Force.
